These Parmesan baked pork chops are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The combination of Dijon mustard, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese creates a delicious crust that makes these pork chops irresistible.


#### Ingredients:


- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 4 center-cut loin chops (6 oz each)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


#### Instructions:


1. **Preheat Oven:**

   - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.


2. **Prepare Mustard Mixture:**

   - In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, and Italian seasoning.


3. **Season Pork Chops:**

   - Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
