Million Dollar Spaghetti

#### Ingredients:


- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 jar spaghetti sauce

- 8 oz cream cheese

- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1/2 lb cottage cheese (equals 1 cup)

- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)

- 1 package spaghetti (16 oz)

- Grated cheddar cheese


#### Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


2. Boil the spaghetti noodles until al dente (firm). Drain and set aside until ready to assemble.


3. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until well blended.


4. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once done, drain excess fat. Combine the drained ground beef with the spaghetti sauce.


5. Place a few slices of butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish, then pour half of the cooked spaghetti noodles on top.


6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the noodles in the baking dish.


7. Pour the remaining spaghetti noodles over the cream cheese mixture, and place a few more slices of butter on top.


8. Pour the spaghetti and meat sauce over the noodles in the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.


9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.


10. After 30 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle the desired amount of grated cheddar cheese over the top.


11. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.


12. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
