#### Ingredients:


- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie Wise Italian dressing

- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef

- 3/4 cup Heinz ketchup, divided

- 1 packet (120 g) low-sodium chicken stuffing mix

- 3/4 cup water

- 2 egg whites

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


#### Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).


2. In a large non-stick skillet, combine the chopped onion and Italian dressing. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.


3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked onions, 1/4 cup of ketchup, chicken stuffing mix, water, and egg whites. Mix until well combined.


4. Shape the meat mixture into two loaves, approximately 10x5 inches in size, and place them in a 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.


5. Spread the remaining 1/2 cup of ketchup over the top of the meatloaves, covering them evenly.


6. Bake the meatloaves in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).


7. Once the meatloaves are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tops.


8. Return the meatloaves to the oven and bake for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.


9. Remove from the oven and let the meatloaves cool slightly before slicing and serving.
