#### Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

- 1/2 cup ketchup

- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

- 3/4 cup milk

- 2 eggs

- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 small onion, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

- 3/4 cup finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs


#### Directions:


1. **Preheat Oven:**

   - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

   - Lightly grease a 5×9 inch loaf pan.


2. **Prepare the Glaze:**

   - Press the brown sugar evenly in the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.

   - Spread the ketchup over the brown sugar.
