Simple Crab Legs and Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter

This simple and delicious recipe for crab legs and corn on the cob, boiled and served with homemade garlic butter, is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


#### Ingredients:

- 2 1/2 lbs of crab legs

- 5 ears of corn, peeled

- 1 1/2 cups butter

- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped

- 1/8 cup crushed red pepper

- 1 cup seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)


#### Preparation:


1. **Boil Water:**

   - In a very large pot, bring a generous amount of salted water to a boil.


2. **Cook Crab Legs and Corn:**

   - Add the crab legs and corn to the boiling water.

   - Cook until the corn is tender and the crab meat is opaque, about 22 minutes.

   - Drain well.


3. **Make Garlic Butter:**

   - While the crab legs and corn are cooking, melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.

   - Add the chopped garlic, crushed red pepper, and seafood seasoning to the melted butter.

   - Stir to combine and cook for a few minutes until the garlic is fragrant.


4. **Combine and Serve:**

   - Add the cooked crab legs and corn to the pot with the garlic butter.

   - Toss to coat well with the garlic butter.

   - Alternatively, you can serve the garlic butter as a dipping sauce on the side.
